Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Outlet Group brings together extensive experience from retail, finance, capital markets, organisational development and operational management.

Harald Sylta

Board Chair

Harald Sylta has served as Chair of the Board since 2024. He is a State Authorised Public Accountant and has extensive experience from auditing, advisory services and board work across a range of industries, including retail, foodservice, technology and aquaculture.

Sylta spent 15 years as an audit partner at KPMG and served as Chair of KPMG Norway from 2016 to 2021. He previously held partner and advisory roles at BDO and other consultancy firms. He holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and currently chairs or serves on the boards of several Norwegian companies.

Edvin Austbø

Board member

Edvin Austbø has served as a Board member since 2021. He is the founder, Chair and CEO of Alden AS, a private investment company with investments across a broad range of industries and asset classes.

Austbø has extensive experience from capital markets, company analysis and equity investing. Earlier in his career, he worked as an analyst and subsequently as Head of Research at Carnegie Investment Bank, focusing on Nordic equities and financial markets. He currently holds several board positions within technology, retail and real estate.

Hilde Drønen

Board member

Hilde Drønen has served as a Board member since 2025. She has more than 35 years of experience from finance and executive management, primarily within the offshore and oil services industry.

Drønen served as CFO of DOF Group ASA from 2005 until her retirement in January 2025. She previously held CFO and group controller positions at Bergen Yards and the Møgster Group. Drønen holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a law degree from the University of Bergen. She serves on the boards of several companies within energy, seafood, infrastructure and industrial services.

Jeanne Katralen Tjomsland

Board member

Jeanne Katralen Tjomsland joined the Board in April 2026. She is Executive Vice President for People, Culture & Communications at Elmera Group ASA, a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Tjomsland has more than 30 years of experience in communications, human resources and organisational development within consumer-oriented and sales-driven businesses. She has held executive management positions in Elmera Group and Fjordkraft for more than 25 years. She holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Agder and an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Øyvind Gloppestad

Employee-elected Board member

Øyvind Gloppestad joined the Board as an employee-elected representative in April 2026. He has worked as a Hardware Buyer at Sport Outlet since 2022 and also serves as the Company’s health and safety representative.

Gloppestad has more than 14 years of experience in purchasing, sales and customer service within the sporting goods industry. Before joining Sport Outlet, he held several positions at MX Sport and Sport Norge, including department management and purchasing roles at store and head-office level.

Sara Behzadzadeh

Employee-elected Board member

Sara Behzadzadeh joined the Board as an employee-elected representative in April 2026. She has eight years of experience with Sport Outlet and currently serves as a Finance Consultant.

During her time with the Company, Behzadzadeh has worked across store establishment, marketing and finance. Her experience includes supporting the opening and development of new stores before moving into the Marketing Department and subsequently the Finance Department. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Agder.

Deputy Board members

Magnus Kolstø – employee-elected Deputy Board member
Magnus Kolstø is Establishment and Operations Coordinator at Outlet Group and has 17 years of retail experience, including more than ten years with the Company. He has contributed to the establishment of more than 60 Sport Outlet and Kids Outlet stores in Norway.

Emma Sætra – employee-elected Deputy Board member
Emma Sætra has served as Warehouse Manager at Outlet Group since 2018. She has extensive experience in logistics, warehouse operations and personnel management and is responsible for the Group’s central distribution warehouse.

Employee-elected observers

Christine Slåtten and Rune Fjellheim serve as employee-elected observers to the Board. Silje Rosland and Brede Tjønnteig serve as deputy observers.

The current term of office for all Board members expires in 2028.
