Tor-André Skeie is co-founder, CEO and the largest individual shareholder of Outlet Group Holding, holding approximately 18% of the Group’s shares. He established the business in 1992 and has led the development of the companies that today form Outlet Group for more than 30 years.

Skeie has extensive experience from the Norwegian sporting goods retail industry and has played a key role in developing the business from local retail operations into a nationwide, value-oriented retail group. He previously served as CEO and Managing Director of several predecessor companies, including Sport Norge, MX Sport Bergen and Os Sport.

Odd Arne Larsen is co-founder, Deputy CEO and the second-largest individual shareholder of Outlet Group Holding, holding approximately 17% of the Group’s shares. He has worked in the sporting goods retail industry since 1999 and has been involved in developing the Sport Outlet concept since its inception in 2012.

Larsen has played a central role in shaping the Group’s retail concept, operating model and expansion strategy. He previously served as CEO and Managing Director of several predecessor companies, including Sport Norge and MX Sport Bergen. Larsen holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Christer Johan Jacobsen has served as Chief Financial Officer of Outlet Group Holding since June 2025. He is responsible for the Group’s finance function, including financial reporting, group accounting and financial governance.

Before joining Outlet Group, Jacobsen was a Director at PwC in Bergen, where he led audit and assurance engagements for large and complex clients across several industries. He previously worked as Corporate Controller at Fonn Group and held roles within auditing, accounting and financial reporting at PwC and Visma. Jacobsen is a Norwegian State Authorised Public Accountant and holds master’s degrees from NHH and Copenhagen Business School.

Reidun Sæthre Lekven has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since May 2015. She is responsible for the Group’s HR function, including personnel administration, organisational development and leadership support across the organisation.

Lekven has played a central role in establishing and developing the Group’s HR structure during a period of significant expansion. Before joining Sport Outlet, she worked at SATS ELIXIA and spent more than nine years at MX Sport Laguneparken, where she gained extensive experience in retail operations, purchasing and team management. She has completed the EXECU Executive Leadership Programme and additional studies in employment law, personnel management and HSE.

Sondre Versto has served as Chief Commercial Officer of Sport Outlet since January 2026. He previously served as Chain Manager from 2018, with responsibility for the development and operational follow-up of the Company’s store network.

Versto has extensive experience from the Norwegian sporting goods industry. He began his career at MX Sport Laguneparken in 1995 and subsequently worked with sales and product development at Alpina/Crispi Norge. He later returned to MX Sport Laguneparken as Store Manager, a position he held until joining Sport Outlet in 2018.

Rune Klett has served as Chief Operating Officer of Sport Outlet since January 2022. He brings more than 25 years of experience from executive management, finance, business systems and operational development.

Throughout his career, Klett has worked closely with companies in the sports, apparel and general retail sectors as an executive, founder, consultant and adviser. His experience includes financial management, systems implementation, business development and the establishment of new companies. This combination gives him broad expertise in developing efficient operations and scalable business processes.

Tom-Roar Solhaug has served as Chief Product Officer of Outlet Group since October 2023. He is responsible for the development, sourcing and delivery of the Group’s private-label product portfolio.

His responsibilities include product design and development, factory control and order management across the Group’s international supplier base. Before joining Outlet Group, Solhaug served as Managing Director of EFG Scandinavia, where he held overall responsibility for operations, finance and commercial activities. He brings extensive experience in operational leadership, supplier management, international business relations and product development.

Bjørn Stian Bjoarvik has served as Chief Marketing Officer of Outlet Group since January 2026. He previously served as Head of eCommerce and Media at Sport Outlet, with responsibility for the Company’s digital channels, marketing strategy and media production.

Bjoarvik has extensive experience in marketing, digital commerce, brand development and creative leadership. Before joining Outlet Group, he spent more than 17 years in the agency and creative industry, including as a partner, Creative Director and Head of Business Development at Picapoint Studio. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Art Director within design and communication.
